Customer service

Tessellate is a company that helps others measure the impact of in-market tests, mostly through quasi-experimental design. We partner with companies looking for a neutral 3rd party to analyze changes made in the marketplace. All too often companies let the availability of measurement tools dictate their strategic choices and Tessellate's objective is to provide company's with a fair postmortem analysis no matter the campaign or strategy.

Businesses often seek to minimize risk by testing changes (e.g. packaging design, formula changes, supply chain tweaks, etc.) on a small scale before rolling out those changes to their broader organization. But knowing whether to roll out the changes or what type of performance to expect, is often a difficult task. Tessellate uses advanced statistical methods to scientifically measure the impact of tests so businesses can confidently implement winning strategies.

A Tessellate measurement project starts with a phone call or email to understand your specific use case. Once determined your use case is a good fit for Tessellate services, a data transfer is arranged. After Tessellate has data in-hand, we evaluate it to determine the best control-entities and measure the impact of your test. Finally we package the results and share them back with you over another call.

Each project is unique but on average Tessellate measurement projects cost between $3,000 - $6,000.

Most projects are finished within 5 - 10 business days after receiving the data.

Time series data (data collected over same period intervals such as days, weeks, months, etc.) is needed for measurement projects. Data can be delivered in tabular (e.g. .csv) or Excel format. There is not a minimum amount of data required, although we recommend at least 1 years worth of data.

Yes! Even if you've already made a change in market, Tessellate can evaluate your data to measure the impact that change had.

The Tessellate Self-Service Application puts the same power as our measurement service into the hands of users via a guided analytics web app. Users upload data into the application and the app automatically finds the best controls and places the measured results into a dashboard.

Tessellate is based in Dallas, Texas, and all data, analytics work, and all other services are never performed or hosted outside of the United States.
